The operating system on the Z10 works differently than Android or iOS and I think someone not starting out with those operating systems burned into their brain might even think this is a better way to do things. The Z10 has a very good internal still photo editor with filters. There is automated video editing with text and titles for the 1080 p video. There is also a method for combining a burst of photos from a group shot and picking the best faces for a combined photo. There is stabilization, night mode and snow/beach mode. I held down for a 120 photo burst and it didn't slow down. There is a burst mode that will keep shooting about 7 frames per second. Very little shutter lag, you can pretty much shoot one photo after another. There is a dedicated camera button off the home screen and lock screen as well as a dedicated mechanical shutter button that doubles as the volume key. The camera is very good with a simple interface. The 4.2-inch LCD display with a 1,280 x 768-pixel screen is comparable with most good screens. The removable battery lasts better than average. The boot up time is equal to Android phones.
